1. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from our U.S. facility.

Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 12:00 PM CST ship the same business day.

Next Business Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will ship the next business day.

Carriers: We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service level.

Tracking: Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships. Carrier-confirmed delivery constitutes proof of fulfillment.

Packaging: Orders are packed in tamper-evident, discreet packaging designed to protect product integrity during transit.

2. Shipping Restrictions

United States Only: We ship exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available.

Accurate Shipping Information: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-shipment due to address errors may require additional shipping charges.

P.O. Boxes: USPS shipments may be delivered to P.O. Boxes. UPS shipments require a physical street address.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays due to weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

For time-sensitive orders, we recommend selecting expedited shipping options. For special shipping requests, contact [email protected] prior to placing your order.

4. Payment Methods

We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely through our PCI-compliant payment processor at the time the order is placed.

Your card statement will reflect a charge from EPIQ LABZ or a similar billing descriptor. If you have questions regarding a charge, please contact us prior to initiating a dispute with your financial institution.

5. Pricing & Discounts

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

6. Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. Due to the sterile and research-sensitive nature of laboratory compounds, returns are not accepted once products leave our facility.

We cannot accept returns of opened or unopened products because we are unable to verify post-shipment storage, handling conditions, or product integrity.

6.1 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of confirmed delivery and provide photographic documentation. Upon verification, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost. Refunds are not issued. Replacement is the sole remedy for verified transit damage or shipping errors.

6.2 Lost or Delivered Packages

If tracking indicates delivery but you did not receive the package, contact us within forty-eight (48) hours. We will assist in coordinating with the carrier. Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled. Replacement for lost packages is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Customers agree to provide Epiq Labz a reasonable opportunity to resolve any order-related issue prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
